A citrus-forward gose brewed with Oranges, Coriander, Himalayan rock salt, and our house culture of lactobacillus.
Taste: Refreshing citrus sour notes come through mixed with hints of fresh rye fields, and balanced out by a sweet, jammy orange juiciness. Even more floral zest shines through as the glass warms.
Appearance: Golden orange with a brief white head.
Nose: Freshly peeled citrus, hints of exotic spicy coriander, and some tropical guava on the nose, with some inviting hints of saltiness.
Malts: Pale malt, wheat malt, rye malt, cara pale
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, HBC 431
OG 13.8° ; FG 3.2° ; IBU 10
Serve 6–10˚C

330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle mandarin notes, lightly tart citrus, coriander, and salt. Flavour is loaded with coriander upfront, followed by lacto, tart oranges, and a little salt. Tangy, salty, and briney. Nothing special, but it's good.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Murky orange, small off-white head. Aroma is clean lacto, lemony, orange juice, sour powder, stinging acidity. Light mineral salty touch in flavour, juicy, fruity, citrusy, also stone fruit, light apricot, light sourness. Abrupt finish. Drinkable, light body, moderate carbonation. A bit disappointed in the finish, the rest was very nice.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of oranges, coriander, malt, and lactose. The flavor is sour with notes of oranges, coriander, salt, wheat, and lactose, leading to a tart finish.

17 August 2019. At Gents Bierfestival X. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & the crew! Clear orange, lasting, very small, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, sourdough, kiwi, starfruit, peach, orange, sea salt. Taste is light to medium fruity sour, notes of starfruit, kiwi & lemon over sweetish apple & peach accentuated by bittersweet orange, pinch of salt & a bit wheaty. Dryish, tart, faint floral hoppy finish, lingering orange & spices. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation. Nice accents to a traditional Gose, very refreshing.

Clear orange beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, orange peel, more fruity notes, lemony, bit floral. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty soapy start, orange juice, pretty acidic, soft bitterness, bit metallic. Aftertaste: fruity, tangerines, orange peel, bit oxidized.soft bitterness.

330ml bottle. Barely clear, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tangy, salty, zesty, citrusy fruity aroma, hints of salt, lime zest, bitter orange zest, minimally peppery spicy, coriander overtones . Taste is tart, tangy, citrusy fruity, notes of lime, salted lemon, orange zest, a touch of bitter orange, weak coriander overtones; astringent palate. Quite refreshing, nevertheless not moreish.
