If I am not wrong, this one is coming from the sterk, Amsterdam. A pastry of my grandmother yesterday at night, weak carbonation for the style, a bit watery and light with a great note of chocolate, vanilla, cocoa, a pie like in Vienna, interesting, 17.03.23, at Epalinges.

Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is strong sweet orange zest, chocolate and mild toasted tones. Flavour is roasted, ashes, some zest and mild chocolate. Too roasted and ashy to be really nice.

33 cl bottle @ home Aroma has licorice and ash. Flavour has salty licorice, some sweet malt and fruitiness. Hints of Jägermeister in the finish. Difficult to find any jaffa or cake.
