Bottle. Pours clear dark mahogany, with a big creamy off white head. Aroma is smoked malts with dark bread, dark fruits, leather and toffee, as well as
Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is smoked malts with bread, toffee and dried fruits, as well as juniper and wooden minerals.

Smell of smoked salmon. Muddy brown colour, light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, peat, some brown sugar. Soft carbon. Medium sweet. Sweetness and smokiness don't mix very well.

On tap at The Bishops Arms Malmö Plaza. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Smoky and dry caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has a more sticky, chewy malt profile, muted smoke. Quite poor.

Bottle 500ml @ Home. Pours murky brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, smoked meat and some dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, dried fruity and smoked finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle@PBF XIII. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is smoked malts, sweet malts, a bit toffee and some slight grainy tones. Flavour is sweet malts, mild smoke with with herbs, grains and mild earthy tones. Nice smoky finish.

--Bottled at PBF XIII! -- Clear amber, small head. Intense aroma of charcuterie smoke. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and smoke with coal and bread, smoked ham and peat. Mid bitter finish. Deep. Pleasant.

Amber colour, small steady beige head. Smokey aroma with some sweet malts. Medium-bodied. Sweet malty with attached smokeyness. Smoke and malts from the different opera.
