This year’s collaborative forage brew Seeds Sleep In The Darkness is all about being fireside, celebrating harvest, and the passing of the sun into the darker months ahead. A hygge inspired botanical Belgian Tripel, made with local fireweed, brings notes of malt and honey. Partnering with the wonderful Carrier Company and Acre Botanicals, we are looking again at nature while feeling toasty and warm with this beer.

Запах сразу немного мимо стиля, хоть и есть весьма много солодовой сладости с нотками меда и цветов, но все это Бельгийство перекрывает крепкий крафтовый хмель с нетипичной для стиля горечью. Цвет золотой, пена большая, белая, красивая. Вкус в общем то такой же. На сладкий солод с медом и сухофруктами ложится хмель с травянистым послевкусием. В общем на раз ес, но не более, к тому же не в стиль.

150ml, draught, sample tray at Skaal. Filmy layer, misty gold-yellowish body, clingy lacing. Dusty hops and grass on the nose, quite inviting. Mixed taste of herbal hops, grass, bread, and honeyed malts. Malt-fruity tail, mid-sweet. Decent stuff. (Copenhagen, 03.05.2023).

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of dried fruits, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of dried fruits, malt, straw, and hops, leading to a dry finish.

keg at the hanging bat... hazy amber... thin white lacing.. soft sweet yeasty fruit nose... soft sweet bready yeasty but too fizzy
