On tap at Sierra Andina, Miraflores. Cloudy amber with off white head. Caramel, malty, some light fruity notes, vague bitterness.

Marrón rojiza de abundante espuma muy duradera y cremosa. Aroma malteado, caramelo. En boca es suave de paso facil, escaso gas. Muy malteada, acaramelada… pero con contrapunto lupulado de amargor notable y creciente.

Taster at Sierra Andina Taproom Miraflores. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- very low, a bit toasted, earthy, bready. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, strawberry, other berries, cherry, a bit earthy. Medium bodied. Very insipid.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Nose brings out boiled vegetables and light grainy notes. Flavour is dry and grainy, with dry bready malts and grains. Pretty boring but inoffensive. Meh.
