It’s Galaxy hops all the way down! While we wish we lived in a world where galaxy hops are infinite – they’re really not! When Pipeworks can get them, they brew this super lively aromatically tropical IPA that’s ripe with notes of papaya, pineapple, and starfruit.

Can from Harvest. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full two fingers of white foam that lingers. White grape, gooseberry and starfruit dominate the nose. More of the same on the palate with some white grapefruit zest that compliments a bone dry, mineral note. Drying finish with pith and tropical fruit rind. Really nice.

Tap at Brewdog Tallinn. Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head and lace. Citrus, marmalade nose, doesn't feel fresh. Medium-bodied. Pineapple, resin and pine in the flavour. Quite sugary ipa.

Pours a slightly hazy, pale lemon yellow, with mid-sized, soft, fluffy head. Aroma has elements of citrus and tropical fruit, some grassiness. Flavor is pretty bitter upfront, with a touch of citrus, and loads of pine/spruce hop bitterness. A bit one-dimensional, really.

On tap at Brocach. Pours a clear yellow gold with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a combination of pine and citrus rind with a light grain backbone. Flavor has bitter citrus and pine wyth grass and grains backing.
