0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Yellow cloudy color, medium big white head. Smells herbal, funky, stone fruits, lemongrass, bit leathery, rubbery, decent to nice smell overall. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, lemongrass, bit sugary, earthy, herbal, thyme. Finishes dry and medium bitter with notes of lemongrass, citrus and some grassy notes. Nice one, rather intense, pretty good overall

Stark säuerlich-holziger Beginn, süffig, trockener Hintergrund. Bitter-säuerlicher Mittelteil, spritzig, heller werdend. Spritzig, langer Abgang, erfrischend. 7/11/12/10/9/10

Gefunden im Ottakringer-Shop und ich musste lange überlegen, ob ich es mir kaufen sollte: fast 12€ für 0,33 l Bier ist schon etwas viel. Aber ich konnte dann doch nicht widerstehen. Neben dem interessanten Bier bekomme ich ein neues Kanton für meine Bierreise-Sammlung. Es ist ein wirkich ungewöhliches Bier. Ein Farmhouse Fruit Sour NEIPA würde ich fast sagen. Es sieht aus wie frisch Erbrochenes und riecht nach sauer gewordenen Zwicklbier. Nachdem es etwas wärmer wurde, offenbarte sich aber ein toller Reigen an Aromen: Auf der einen Seite lustige Sour Ale-Noten, dann kommt der fruchtige Teil, der fast schon an ein missglücktes Weizenbier erinnert. Ein hefiger Abgang rundet das Bier dann noch ab. Es ist nicht gerade ein bekömmliches Bier, aber wirklich interessant und mal was neues. Dabei ist es süffiger als mancher brutaler Bock. Ich glaube nochmals würde ich es mir schon allein wegen des Preises nicht kosten, aber ich bin dennoch dankbar und erfreut über diese Erfahrung.

Finished nice 34km walk and this is my prize, too bad bottle had shaken up a bit. Smell-medium strong, malt, citrus, acidic tones, herbal. Foam- sour, malt, citrus taste.Head is medium, white color with bit of a yellow tint. Appearance- resealable bottle what seems to be unique to brewer also somewhat interesting and confusing design, like it. Hazy yellow, orange color. From- snifter Taste - sour, malty, citrus bit herbal notes. Dont like sour.. not for me.

Bottled, thanks anstei! Clear pale golden, coarse head. Funky nose with hay and lemon. Dry and tart with medium body and vital, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly acetic, mild hay. Mid bitter finish. Elegant, tasty. BFM style.

Tap at beerfox, riga. Pours amber with beige head. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruity, peach, apricots, citrus, floral. Feels quite dry.
