Tap at Pita Kabob. Pours clear antique gold with small white head. White cracker malt with slight spicy esters. Faint flora on the aroma as it warmed. Solid, rounded mouthfeel from the malt.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 05, 2023. Aroma is malt forward with nice bready, grain notes. Hints of floral, herbal hop notes. Hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, gold color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with moderately strong bready grain notes. Medium low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Light herbal, floral hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and smooth with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice expression of the style. The malt profile comes through really nicely in the aroma and flavor. Complimentary hop notes balance the malt sweetness, although the bitterness may be a touch strong. Really nice body.
