15/IV/25 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ holiday in France, BB: XI/2025, lot N°3 (2025-358)
Clear light blond beer, big aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity up front, some tropical fruits, juicy, mango, a little malty, a bit lemony. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: citrus, hoppy, some tropical fruits, yeasty, pretty bitter, grassy. Aftertaste: more yeast, banana, malty, citrus touch, grains. Ok for a Belgian IPA, would’ve probably been better with a different yeast.

Clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, grapefruit, flowers. Taste of sharp grainy malt, straw, some citrus hops.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Mild hopfiger, eher getreidiger Antrunk. Die Karbonisierung stört, trocken, kurzer Abgang. Meh. 9/6/7/6/9/6

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a larhe off-white airy head of good retention. Aroma: Pale malt, grass, hay, apples & pears, spicy & citrusy notes. Taste: Dry and bitter. Spicy & citrusy hop, grass, crackers, apples & pears. Lingering hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Overall: Not bad.
