La Flosch de Noël est une bière refermentée en bouteille et généreusement épicée. Le nez fait directement ressortir les épices. En bouche, une amertume légère surmontée d'un goût malté. En arrière bouche c'est le côté cannelle qui prédomine avec une touche d'agrume.

Shortlived beige head over cola-coloured beer. Spicy nose with wood, and brown candi sugar. Cinnamon seems reasonable, as its berries (even when I didn't know they existed). Light-bitterish spicy flavour with some sweetness backthroat, again clear cinnamon hints. Medium to well-bodied. Soft carbonation, quite slick to oily. Some alcohol traceable, with the cinnamon enhancing the burn. Decent, and not overspiced for an X-mas beer. Txs to Stef!

Kerstbier Festival. Hazy reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of herbal dark malt, caramel, cinnamon. Taste of herbal and spicy dark malt, cinnamon.
