Es ist ein wirklich gelungenes Sauerbier, das sich besonders zu heißen Außentemperaturen trinken lässt, da es extrem erfrischend ist. Es hat einen sauren Kren, um den allerlei fruchtige Aromen nach Apfel, Birne, Rhabarber und Zitrone gesponnen sind. Mir hat es recht gut gefallen.

Tap, thanks jonas. Pours golden. Aroma is sweet, fruity. Flavor is sour, sweet, berries, lacto. Body is watery. Overall: drinkable.

Hazy pale green golden. Low head. Light citrus and lactic notes. Light body, a hint mealy, light hay, fresh lemon, quite quaffable.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger, saurer Geruch. Geschmacklich fruchtig nach grünen Äpfeln, Limetten, sauer, malzig. Leicht süß, sehr sauer, leichter Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.

Clear, golden colored, small white head. Aroma is fruity grapes, some malt, bit grainy, some lemony citrus, soury. Taste is light+ sweet malt, some grains, grapes and some apple, lemony, moderate+ sourness, some citric acidity, very dry finish, light bitterness, crisp. Light bodied, average carbonation, watery. It was very pleasant and refreshing on a hot day. (on tap, Who Cares Festival, Bevog Brewery)

On tap at Who Cares for Beer 2016 Beer Festival, Bevog Brewery, Bad Radkersburg, Austria. Shared with His Highness Kaiser und König Igor and Rasta Teacher Mark. Clear yellow, white head. Wine, citrus and apple aroma. Sour but with a sweet, bready finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Interesting.

0,3l from tap. yellow light yellow clear colour, small white head. smells acidic, Apple cider notes, lightly bitter herbal. light body rather bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes rather sour, citric, green apples, white wine notes, a bit herbal. finishes rather dry and sour with notes of green apples. nicely sour and refreshing, but not overly complex. good though.
