A fairly new IPA, and maybe it really struck me as great because it must have been very fresh (BF=09/08/24). Poured full golden with a haze, and with off-white head that shrunk over time, but never really disappeared. And it even left laces in the glass. Robust hop in aroma, flavor and bitterness, but in a well-defined and balanced manner, without ever going over-the-top as we sometimes see in some beers. Some maltiness, but hops is - and should be - in center here. Ever so slight astringent mouth-feeling at the start of the aftertaste, and it slides effortless into a long, bitter aftertaste. Impressive, but I fear that this beer might not keep well for extended periods. Overall impression is that of freshness and high quality.
