Our IPA is an American "West Coast" style. Gold in color, it has a crackery and slightly toasty malt character, and a pronounced bitterness appropriate for this style. Look for aromas and flavors of both piney and fruity/citrus notes from the American Simcoe & Australian Galaxy hops used in the brewing process. The beer has a dryish finish.
