Ayrampo is kennelijk een plantje uit de Andes waarvan geneeskrachtige eigenschappen worden toegekend aan de zaden. Ik doe het ervoor. Oranjebruin met rode gloed, transparant. Rozijnen. Rozijnen, gebrande gerst. #peru

Taster at Cervecería del Valle Sagrado, Taproom Miraflores, Lima. AROMA- toasted malts, strawberry, dark berries, plums. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, the same as aroma, bread crusts. Medium bodied. Good.

Dark ruby with little beige head. Aroma is cocoa dried mint leaves. Taste is bitter mix of coffee and slight passion fruit sourness. Medium smooth. A bit itchy and rather flat. Graininess as well. Still ok.
