On tap at Cerveceria del Valle Sagrado - Taproom Schell. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Some wheat, soft sweetish profile.

On tap @ cervecería del Valle sagrado, Lima. Dorada pajiza de espuma blanca que deja cerco. Aroma a pan, mandarina. En boca es ligera, pero sabrosa, equilibrada. Seca, de amargor moderado y bien de gas. Base malteada con trigo presente, y contrapunto cítrico y especiado. Amargor creciente en el post gusto. Bastante buena.

Taster at Cervecería del Valle Sagrado, Taproom Miraflores, Lima. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- floral, meadow grasses, citrusy, malt. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, apple. Medium bodied. Very decent.
