Limited Edition #13.
This beer is all about the hops, Cascade and Crystal to be precise. Thirst quenching citrus flavours dominate the palate, floral and fruity aromas tease the nose whilst speciality extra pale malt gives this brew a sunny radiance. Perkier than a new-born spring lamb, this fella is named in tribute to where we get our brew on, 33 East Street, Braintree, Essex.

Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a decent sweetness, trace of natural grain and a touch of honeyish sweetness. Hops bring mild pine and a pleasant light marmalade vibe, juicy as well. Light finish. Just a pleasant and well crafted blonde that goes down easy.

11/8/2023. Bottle bought at Bishop Nick Brewery. Pours almost clear pale golden orange with small lasting frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, orange, flowers, biscuit, malt, touch of herb. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Nice fruity blond. Liked it.
