Draught @ SOPP Helsnki 2024 Aroma has banana esthers and. Flavour has banana esthers, sweet malt, mild yeasty notes. Good sahti, abit on the sweet side.

Smell of juniper, sour fruit. Muddy brown colour, no head. Aroma of juniper, raw berries, sour yeast. Some bready flavor also. Sour. Very flat carbon.

Sampled at CBH 2023. Poured unclear and light golden in color. Thin head. Aroma of banana, light juniper, some yeast/baking sodaish notes. Dark bread, quite heavy overall.

Draught@CBH2023. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, bananaish, some yeast, mild bready and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, bananaish, some spiciness, mild herbal, wooden and yeasty tones.

Tap at CBH2023. Dark brown, small beige head. Banana, bready aroma. Full-bodied. Banana, some juniper, a bit tart.

(Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023) The beer poured dark brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had malts, dark chocolate, banana, juniper and mild sourness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with very low carbonation. Flavours were malts, chocolate, juniper, sourness, banana and bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper, sourness and low bitterness. Nice but bit off.
