Cask@Market Porter, London. Ambery brown colour with a small slightly off white head. Aroma is sweet nutty and mild wooden tones with some herbs and mild wooden tones. Flavour is biscuity, some nutty, mild citrus and some wooden tones to it.

Cask@Kent Beer Festival 2006. Nutty brown, not much head. Fruity aroma, like in Belgian ale: plums, date, sugars. A touch of alcohol. Malty, yeasty, very fruity. I would guess there is more than 5.5%. Some lingering hops in the aftertaste. Very Belgian.

Cask handpull at Simple Simon’s, Canterbury. Deep brown with lasting beige head. After warming it up in my hands, this release a malty, red berry, dry malt beer. Rich malt aroma. Dry hoppy finish. Wears its strength well. Good strong beer
