Draught @ Danske Ølentusiaster Festival, Lokomotivværkstedet, 2023. Pours amber copper with a small white head. Vinous. Bready and dark fruity. Rye, vanilla and bourbon. Lovely.

Bottle at Døf.Almost black colour with small head.Aroma of dark dried fruit and wood good full body,with smooth not of vanilla and marzipan,nice soft finish but with strong taste.

Draught@TCBW2022. Pitch black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is smoked, some dried fruits, toffee and mild nectary tones with some honey as well as mild chocolate. Flavour is nutty, fruity, some alcohol, mild toasted tones with some chocolate and quite much dried fruits, plum and raisins.

Tap and bottle. Deep chestnut brown with brief, beige head. Loads of dark fruit, prunes, dates, some bourbon without the heat, oak, vanilla, burnt sugar. Smooth texture, deeply complex. Phenomenal beer!

Flaska från SB. Valnötsfärgad klar vätska med lågt skum. Stor doft med praliner, fudge, bourbon, torkade jordgubbar, söta päron, vanilj, whiskey allt doppat i len mörk choklad. Komplex, balanserad, varm och harmonisk som en riktigt god pralin. Mycket gott

Ölprovning med PQ på restaurang Krokius. Jag häller upp ölen och stoppar näsa 👃 i drycken. Jordgubbar 🍓 choklad och lite bourbon . Mycket god doft . Sen kör jag stora klunken och då känner jag choklad 🍫, Röda bär och bakomliggande bourbon . Krämig konsistens och små få fina små bubblor . Jättegod 😋

Flaska från SB, backlog. Är väl samma öl som serverades på Brewskival? Mörk, mörk kastanjebrun med liten beige krona. Kladdigt, sött, torkad frukt. Mycket gott.

On tap at LKBW 2022. Dark brown with beige head. Caramel, toffee, dried fruit, raisins, bourbon. Sweet with some bitterness in finish. Medium to full bodied.
