Draught@TCBW2022. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some sweet white wine tones to it with mild caramel and some alcohol as well as some barrel notes. Flavour is fruity, some toffeeish tones with grapes and mild wooden tones. Sweetish, but also somewhat dry and tart berryish elements to it.

Hapukas, alkone, magus, nisune, sauternes on ka ikka tugev. Weizenbocki on siin raske näha klassikalises mõttes... Aga no nisune on ja kange (ehk bock) ju ka... Okish.

(Keg at Uba ja Humal, 20220707) The beer poured dark brown and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, vineousness and banana. Palate was full bodied, warming and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, vanilla, vineousness, banana and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, boozy and bitter. An unbalanced brew with barrel notes.
