Draught. Black colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is dried fruits, some raisins, toffee, roast and mild liquorice. Flavour is coffee, some toast, roast and mild nutty notes along with some akvavit and alcohol elements. A bit burning.

Bottled 330 ml, courtesy of Tomica. Shared with him and Max. Black with beige head. Green apples, caramel, some roastiness, light chocolate, watery. Bit tart. Medium bodied.

SOPP Turku. A black beer, a head is small and beige. Aroma has dried fruitness, raisin, dry roastiness, some liquorice. Taste has roastiness, coffee, soem dried fruitness. Only medium bodied. This kind of beer, I expected more stronger touch. Anyway, good beer.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of oak, roasted malt. Very dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of aquavit, oak, roasted malt, some tar. Flat carbon, oily texture. Heavy body, sweet.

Tap at SOPP2018, Heksinki. Colour is clear dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some chocolate, some coffee, dryness, wood, some minerals and roasted malts. "Fresh" easy enjoyable ba beer.

Tap at SOPP. Dark brown colour, small beige head. Toasted, a bit sweetish aroma. Full-bodied. Toasted, a bit woody oaky flavour. Some alcohol. Not as complex than Oloroso BA but decent.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2018) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had wood, vanilla, vineousness and burnt malts. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vineousness, ash, sweetness, vanilla and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, vineousness and bitterness. A very nice burnt brew with complex barrel notes.

Tap @ Sopp 2018. Poured dark brown color with a thin white head. Wood, white wine notes, akvavit in aroma, sone oak notes. Flavor has oaky wibes, mild sour wood, chocolate. Surprisingly light. Decent, nice flavors.
