Bottled@SOPP Tampere 2019. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is toffee, liquorice, alcohol and some mild chocolate as well as some spiciness and wood. Flavour is liquorice, alcohol, some spices, mild wood, vanilla nad some toffee. Quite nutty tones as well when it warms up a bit.

Bottle @SOPP Tku 2019. Smell of vanilla. Very dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of vanilla, pepper, roasted malt, some oak, bourbon. Bitter. Medium carbon, yet short.

Draught @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Smooth, sweet and sticky syrupy with loads of oak, wood, vanilla, oak and sherry notes, hints of warming alcohol and toffee. Heavy.

(Keg at Ota Olut 2018) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, smoke, liquorice, sherry and sweetness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, sherry, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, wood and bitterness. A nice burnt brew with barrel notes.

Tap at Ota Olut. Opaque black colour, small beige head. Sweetish liquerish aroma. Toasted aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted, liquerish, akvavit flavour. Mix is not as interesting as separate ones.

Tap at SOPP2018, Oulu. Color is quote dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some mint, akvavit, wood, some dark chocolate and roasted malts. Easy soft enjoyable imp.
