Draught@SOPP Tampere 2019. Deep golden colour with a creamy mediumsized white head. Aroma is mild buttery notes with some bready and mild meaty tones. Flavour is quite meaty with some wood, mild toast and a bit earthy notes. Mild diacetyl in flavour.

0,33l bottle from Alko. Bbe 3.1.2024. Clear red brown beer with beautiful and stable natural white head. Aroma has caramel and malts. Flavor has same elements. Hints of smoke. Smooth, clean, good.

A copper beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has smooth smokyness, caramel, some smoked ham. Taste has maltyness, caramel, light smokyness, which is more noticed in the end. Medium bodied. Smooth smokyness, well, nice beer.

Draught @Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto 28.3.2019. Poured deep golden in color, thick white head. Buttery smoke, malts and sweetness in aroma and flavor. The sweet buttery notes were nto to my liking. Malty, sweet finish. Not that much smoke either actually.

Draught @ hbf 2018. Poured amber color with a thin white head. Smoky, malty, dusty aroma. Balanced. Smoke, malts, earthy malty flavor. Sweet finish.

Draught@ Taproom United. Aroma has tar, licorice and smoke. Flavour has tar, smoke, licorice and some malty tones. Easy-going smoked - one of the best finnish ones. If not the best. Well, perhaps tuhtipukki is better if you count that one.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Mild smell of smoke, some tar. Dark amber colour, white head. Aroma of smoke, malt, earth. Very mildly bitter. Smokiness dominates everything. Lively carbon.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 04-12-18, from Alko, 20180623) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke, smoked ham, caramel and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, caramel, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky, malty and bitter. A nice balanced smoky brew.
