On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is bizarre, with rotting fruits, fruity esters, and rubber. Flavour is along the same lines, with rubber, rotting fruits and light esters. Not sure what they were going for here, but this is very off-putting and barely drinkable. Nope.

Tap st ujh. Pours opaque golden. Aroma is sweet, fruity, citrus, grass. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, citrus, orange, grapefruit. Finish is sweet and dry. Carbonation is high. Overall: ok.

Decent and ok saison. Refreshing and easy drinkable. Mild yeast, some spices, fruity and mild citric.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Klaavuntie 11, Helsinki, Finland 00910. [ As Fat Lizard Je Suis Saison ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, herbs, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, herbal, floral, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, spicy, coriander, floral, herbal, saison yeast, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. One bottle completely pea soupy mess as for aroma and flavour, luckily the bartender was fair enough to open another bottle, which was better. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some slight earth and mild notes of the pea soupiness. Flavour is fruity, floral, some peas, wood, mild herbs and some yeastiness.

Bottle 0.75l at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Bottled on 16.8.16. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some sweetness, some spices, hops, Belgian yeast and malts. Quite good surprise because I was waiting for something horrible. Drinkability level OK. Looks carbonated but palate is actually quite pleasant.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - bottled on 16.8.16, at One Pint Pub, 20160903) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had yeast, spiciness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A pretty good saison but it was sweet.

Ensimmäinen taistelu käytiin pulloa avatessa. Skumppapulloille tyypillinen luonnonkorkki ei tuntunut hievahtavankaan millään, mutta pitkän taistelun jälkeen se saatiin irtoamaan. Hieman utuinen, hailakan vaaleankeltainen olut kohtalaisen runsaalla, mutta todella höttöisellä ja nopeasti katoavalla vaahdolla. Tuoksu on happaman hedelmäinen (omenaa, päärynää), etikkainen ja hiivainen. Maun puolella hapan hedelmäisyys jatkuu, omenaa, sitruunaa, hiivaa ja viljaa havaittavissa. Hiilihappoja kohtalaisen runsaasti, raikas ja melko pitkälle kuohuviinimainen olut, jossa voi havaita myös vehnäoluen piirteitä. Kesään.
