Draught@CBC2016. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready, some yeasty and mild citrusy and red wine tones. Flavour is somewhat wooden, red wine, some citrus, yeast and mild earthy and herbal tones.

Draft @ CBC 2016. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy woody wine aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty woody flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty woody wine finish with weak bretty citrus hints.

Draft. A hazy yelllow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and a bit of grape. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and a bit of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.

Dark brown. Quite flat. Rummy dark sugars on the nose, burly cedar/tobacco spice. Quite sweet, though, for a saison. Lingering spicy character is pleasant, and there’s lots of that rich, spicy wood character.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight wineous. Mellow, bretty, dry and slight earthy. Leathery. Dry and mild fruity finish.

CBC. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, baking yeast, caramel and wine. Flavour ismalt, baking yeast, phenols,plastic, medium sweet, wine, hop and a little bitter.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Golden. Lovely aroma with funk, wine, fruitiness. Flavor is rather dry, slightly tart, bitterish, vinous. Medium-bodied.
