0,75l bottle at home. Bottled May 2022. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells apples, vinous, tannins, peppery, minerals, grape notes, grassy. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes apples, tannins, grape notes, grape skins, peppery, bit herbal. finishes bubbly and lightly dry with notes of apples, grape skins and tannin notes. very good stuff, tanins and grapes work together very well, on the bubbly side, which I enjoy.

Tastes apples, grapes, light tannins, light sweetness, earthy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sweet with notes of apples, tannins and subtle grape notes. Very good one, very good balance, almost on the sweet side.

Flaska från Antidoot, 21/22. Ljusguldig, hög vit krona med stora bubblor som försvinner. Ingen större arom, ganska anonym. Äppelmust, fat, funk. Druvskal som ger lite stramhet, men inte markant. Det är snyggt och gott, men bra att ha druckit tidigt i lineupen.

Clear pale blond to yellow cider, no head. Aroma: very fruity, sweet impression, quite some strawberry jam, apples, nice. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of fresh sour apples, a little bitter, some tannins, green melons, refreshing, more apples. Aftertaste: yeasty, a little bitter, apples, apple skin, nice, refreshing, some grape skins, sweet and sour grapes, lovely!
