(Tap) Clear amber, tiny white head. Aroma is interesting and complex - stewed pears, woody hints. Medium body with fine carbonation giving good mouthfeel. Interesting and complex taste. It’s sour but not very. There’s stewed pears again. Something interestingly creamy. Hints of spice, maybe cinnamon and cardamom. Can’t say I would know there is salt other than I know it’s a gose. Unusual, interesting and enjoyable drinking.

Can. Clear amber with a cm of white head that crackles away audibly. Funky, fruity aroma - old pears, new hide?, dried lime - with light smoke and brine. So it tastes. Barely sour, less salty than suggested by the aroma. Oak comes through at the end, some chili with it. Moderately sweet, although it's hard to tell. Interesting.
