Bottle, Blend 1 10/22. Clear amber with a lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of sweetish crackers, old and fresh lemon and limes, some berries and herbal notes. Creamy texture. Dryish, gently sour. Lots of citrus, mellow apples. Old oak at the end. Had the first iteration of this beer in 2010 - an exciting journey.
