Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours black with a fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, mild spice, coconut, rum. Flavor is sweet, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, mild spice, coconut, rum, alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. 161124

Can on the Frontier Brush day ii, picked up from West End Drink Station, 09/06/24. Black with a khaki head that thins edgewards. Nose is chocolate, dark malts, mellow rum barrel, mollases, brown sugar melt. Taste comprises chocolate, toasted brown sugars, mellow rum, toffee fudge, hint of coffee, dried fruit rinds. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid BA impy.

Can shared at tasting. Brown to black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, some barrel aging it seems. Flavor is malts, cookies, brown malts, bread lightly, salty a bit. Somewhat odd but not too bad tbh. Fortunately not too much coconut.
