To celebrate our very first Oktoberfest down at the arch, we naturally had to brew a lager. And Fest, like us, bucks a few trends. We’ve opted for a soft and bready Kolsch, brewed with subtle, refined German hops and pouring an irresistible deep gold.

Keg at ISBF, Nov 2023. Pours hazed gold to amber with white foam. Aroma: dough, grains, some citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet with more prominent bitterness. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation. Too bitter for the style, for me.

Can bought at the brewery. Aroma has doughy malts, citrus and a woody edge. Opaque golden amber. Thick foamy white head. Flava matches the aroma with added grains and spice. Also a metallic edge. Light. Thin. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable.
