Glass Garden is part of our Through the Glass family of beers. This family was formed while trialing a multitude of different hop and recipe combinations for what ended up becoming our OG IPA. Though we ended up with a recipe for Through the Glass that we truly adore, we also ended up discovering a number of other recipes along the way that we also love and simply couldn’t leave behind. We’re very excited to be able to share this family of beers with you!
Glass Garden features a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops. It drinks soft and fluffy with big notes of mango, grapefruit, pineapple infused citrus and subtle pine.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some mango notes and a semi-dry stringent finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes with some mango notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice mango notes.

Hefig-herber Hopfenbeginn mit leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Hohe Süffigkeit, das Verhältnis Hopfen- zu Bitteraroma passt genau, spritzig, wenig kräutrig, langer Abgang. Gut! 9/10/10/10/8/10

(473ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours opaque bright peach/orange with a small white head and nice lace. Aroma of nice dank overripe and candied mango, resinous pine, cannabis, grapefruit peel, subtle peach nectar, nice sweet juicy fruit-driven nose overall. Flavour is a bit drier than the nose would suggest, with pine resin, both green and slightly underripe mango, lots of dank weed of a peppery spicy strain, usual softly bready Badlands malt profile, finishing bone dry and lightly bitter with more peppery pine/weed resin and grapefruit into the aftertaste and just a hint of hop burn (unusual for the brewery). Medium bodied, soft and creamy as per usual. Another nice Badlands, this one is interesting because Citra is driving the nose but Simcoe seems to be dominating on the tongue. Tasty!
