Citra Hopped · Dry
Where cider meets craft beer. Citra hops bring tropical aromatics to a brut-dry base. Our most adventurous bottle.
"Belgian Brut" : Droge versie van "The Belgian Cider" en voegt Citra dry-hop toe!
Note: Sometimes referred to as Belgian Brut or IPA Cider.

0.2l bottle, thx Gurthnar! Murky yellow-golden body, fleeting head, gushed out... Alcohol, sweetish apple juice, bit perfumey, bit herbal, minty, some undefined fruit which could be Citra. Lean, dry taste, bit boozy again if less than the other two, lightly more astringent than those two tho. Some stone fruit and herbal touches in the background. Ye, the best of the bunch

14/VIII/23 - on tap as “IPA Cider” @ Kavka Oudaan (Antwerp), BB: n/a (2023-446)
Cloudy pale yellow hybrid, small creamy bit irregular white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of fresh green apples, apple skin, a little metallic, not getting any hops here. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of fresh green apples, pretty bitter, hoppy, grassy, very dry, refreshing, decent, but not quite sure what to make of it. It’s hoppy, but there’s no typical aromatic hop characteristics of an IPA, just the hop bitterness.
