Browar Gwarek Onyx is a soft and full Imperial Stout, brewed with coconut, cocoa, vanilla & salt. Despite the addition of salt, you don't taste much of it. But it gives you that slightly softer taste.
Ingredients: water
Malts: barley
Additions: Coconut chips, cocoa nibs, vanilla, salt
Yeast: top-fermenting
Dark beer, pasteurized, non-filtred
2/4 bitterness

Can 44cl. from De Verwachting @ home poured into a pint glass. Pitch black, small but steady frothy tan head, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, cocos. Taste light light heavy sweet and below medium bitter, malty, dark chocolate, coffee, cocos, candy sugar. Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, sugary, light cocos, roasty notes, very nice.

Piękna, gęściutka piana jak na azocie. W aromacie czekolada, kakao, wanilia, kokos, toffee, likier czekoladowy, słony karmel, orzechy, kawa. W smaku jest lepiej. Bardzo intensywnie jak na 24. Czekolada, kakao, kokos, słony karmel, kawa, orzechy. Co najważniejsze, piwo nie jest słodkie. Columbus na goryczkę to mój ulubiony chmiel. Goryczka zaznaczona, kawowa. Alkohol jak na 10% dość dobrze wyczuwalny. Sól przyjemnie uwydatnia wszystkie smaki. Jestem pozytywnie zaskoczony.
