Like a tropical vacation in a glass, Untold Glow is the perfect beer for the patio. A Catharina sour is a fruited sour with a slightly higher ABV first brewed in Brazil. For this beer, we added passionfruit, guava, and oranges, all rounded out with a delicate lactic tartness.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, mango, guava, orange pith and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, orange, guava, passionfruit and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy, tasty and refreshing.

A hazed milky golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with papaya, tropical fruit, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of mango, papaya, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.
