Mosaic and Loral offer up beautiful aromas of salted lime, fleshy peach and subtle floral notes. Mosaic then leads the flavour with kiwi fruit, lemon zest and honeydew melon. The name takes inspiration from trips to Sweden, where a lower strength beer is a folköl, or ‘people’s beer’.

440ml can bought as part of a delivery from Siren and drunk at home. Very light gold, such a delicate colour. A little hazy with almost no head. Getting citrus in the aroma, some lime peel, possibly a touch of iced tea. Taste has a crisp malty character with gentle fruity hop. It’s sweet, but subtly so, from start to finish with only the lemon curd hoppy aftertaste giving the whole experience a more rounded character. Not a whole lot to it but that’s kind of the point. I enjoyed this.

Keg at That Beer Place, Chester. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Light citrus and faint malt aromas. Lemon and biscuit taste. Clean finish.
