0,75l from bottle at home. Reddish color, small white head. smells tannins, spices, light wax, herbal. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes stone tannins, berry notes, red wine, spices, peppery. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, pepper and red wine notes. Very nice one, very wine guard I forward

Clear dark red, no head. Aroma of pure red grape, redcurrant, nectarine, vanilla, leather, vague thyme. Taste has sour cherry, red grape & redcurrant; bitter middle of grape skin & leather in a jam-like malt body. Dry finish of grape skins, herbs and red whine (tannins). Medium body, slick texture, flat carbonation. Has a 'purer' profile than the White Label, lovely.

Vintage 2022 (Blue Label). 750mL bottle at La Fruitière, pours a hazy dark rose with a tiny white head. Aroma has plenty of musty red wine grape skins, gentle funk, and tannins. Flavour is very tannic, with tons of musty grape skins, modest barnyard funk, and plenty of tannins on the finish. The flat carb works well to expres the dryness and the tannins. Excellent.

[2022 Vintage, blue label] 750mL bottle at La Fruitiere. Pours murky dull red with no head. Tannic grapes and bit of must on the nose. Flavour has an interesting grape expression, a bit musty, high tannins. I like this.

Very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes grapes, tannins, berry notes, red wine, light tannins. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, tannins and berry notes. Very nice one, lacks a bit of complexity.
