33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours black with a beige head. Roasty aroma with plenty of dark chocolate and some candy-like raspberry notes. Sweet and desserty with medium flavour intensity and a fairly light bitterness. Fairly tasty and enjoyable.

330ml bottle from Õllepood Nr 2, Pärnu. Pours quite dark brown, some brown foam on the top, not too abundant. Nose displays some roast malt notes, chocolate and cocoa. Sweet raspberry jam too, coconut maybe not that much. Taste has lots of roast and roast bitterness, raspberry jam sweetness and dark bitter chocolate. Even a tad too much of that dry roast bitterness. Cannot find coconut also in here. Overall, not a bad stout, bit too much ashy bitterness for my taste but still good.

New stout by this underexposed Estonian microbrewery, made with red raspberries and "rum-soaked coconut flakes". Draught at Just Beer. Thick and tightly lacing, papery, yellowish beige, creamy head over black beer with a very thin burgundy hue only visible for about one millimeter off the edge and under bright light. Aroma deeply American style stout-like, with notes of coffee liqueur and coffee grounds, black bitter chocolate, dried figs, prunes, leather, whisky, walnut oil, toasted coconut and indeed a background hint of raspberry, but in a sweet, jam-like way and totally lacking the sourness of real fruit. Same for the taste: sweet candied figs and raisins with a dim sourish edge as any stout has but clearly not from fruit at all, medium carb, full and oily mouthfeel, thick and rounded nutty and chocolatey maltiness, bittersweet and long-stretching with a very coffeeish roastedness to it in the tail, highlighted by a peppery hop touch, retronasal coconut effect that remains of a 'soft toasty' nature and not turning the beer into liquid Bounty candy (though I would not have minded if it did) and a glow of warming, bourbon-like alcohol. Raspberry is noticeable, again, only as a background twist of raspberry sweetness, but nowhere does an actual raspberry flavour (acidic or not) appear. Not a raspberry stout flavour-wise, but nonetheless a very good, technically well-performed, modern and tasty stout.
