Can, hazy pale. Smells like a hoppy flower perfume on canned fruit cocktail. First taste comes across as a little hoppy, but its initially not as hoppy bitter as many recent IPA I've rated. Decent amount of co2 keeps this interesting in the middle. Yes, bitterness does not rise to rude-ass level, remains somewhat calm but it never let you forget it is an IPA. Still thinking I've had APA that have been more bitter than this. Near the end, some of that IPA bitterness seems to increase, its almost layering on. Finishes with a below average bitter bite, considering the style and its got a feeling of some tropical effects. I'm just an IPA despising lager lover, so me saying this is not terribly bad may be a bad thing if you do like IPA, hehehehh.

12 oz can in a style far from my favorite. I bought the beer at the closest big box supermarket from their singles rack. Ready for a sampling out of a snifter, can is opened and I pour. I see a mostly transparent light gold liquid and a fully white, settling head of foam. The nose is rather attractive, I smell sweet citrus, a touch of grain and enough floral to determine. And the taste is not bad but not inspiring. Hops, crackers, grapefruit, some kiwi and malt. Eh.

Lilly, clementine nose, with a cracker presence. Shimmering golden, medium head. Surprisingly bready, but still hop forward. Lilly, clementine, and grapefruit. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Draught @ Third Ave Ale House, Manhattan (Mar 2024). Cloudy darkish yellow with a small foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Decent NEIPA.

A basic trying-to-please-everyone NEIPA, with just enough tropical sweetness and citrus peel bite to qualify as hoppy, and a gentle, almost nonexistent pine/mineral bitterness on the back end. Drinkable but highly forgettable.

Aromas are lightly sweet citrus and resin hops with some malt in back. Flavors are similar to nose, add in a little MJ and again lightly sweet with just enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Drinkable but nothing special.
