Red beet, homegrown, macerated with lambik. Backblended with crisp cider.
Beautiful colour with refreshing beet and cider character without being earthy.

Bottle shared at tasting. [Oogst 2022] Sort of bright orange pinkish color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste moderately sourish, red orange, beetroot. Pleasant and well balanced beer. Nice. I like it.

Pours an unclear, darker redpurple. Scent is intense, earthy / mud (Sorry, brewery description, I simply do not agree) . Taste is sharp, acidic, milder oak; full on beetroot flavor. Muddy / earthy. Not my thing at all.

At BXL. Clear bright red. Lots of beets indeed, soft funk, sour grains. I don’t get much cider in here. Solid medium sour. Quite nice.

1/V/22 - 75cl bottle, shared @ Toer de Geuze, Boerenerf Eylenbosch, BB: 7/XII/2026 (2022-461) Thanks to GBV-crew for sharing the bottles!
Clear to little cloudy bright red beer, no head. Aroma: pretty earthy, fruity notes, spicy, hint of cinnamon, lovely smell, I like the intense beetroot character! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very earthy, bitter, lots of beetroot going on, dry, gentle subtle acidity. Aftertaste: dry, sourish, very earthy, mainly beetroot, nice one!
