[ As Het Boerenerf Zomerriek - Oogst 2022 ].
ABV: 7.0%. Sparkling and speaking, with a clear medium red colour with a quick, small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, pink head. Aroma is cherry, apple, leather, barrel, oak, almonds. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, apple, cherry, almonds, barrel, oak, tart - sour, red apples, refreshing, balanced. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20240222]

Flaska från Beergium. Rosaröd vätska. Lättare än en en kriek pga inblandad cider. Pigg med mycket körsbäskärnor, syrliga körsbär och röda vinbär. Mycket gott

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy red. Funky, manure, cherries, a bit of cider, sulphur, phenols, sourish, bitterish hint.

Pours clear, darker pink. pinkwhite head. Scent is cherry stones, marzepan. Taste is very gentle and soft in acidity. Even has some fruit sweetness, reminding me of kers more than kriek at times. Very full fruityness, mild, marzepan from the pits. Would have prefered more acidity in this one.

Good, fluffy pink head over veiled deep red, very lively carbonated beer. Nice sour cherry aroma with cherrystones and -skins. A bit of beetroot. I don't get apple, but I do get sulphur. Nice ripe sour cherries. There is a vinous quality, with again sulphur... but no cider/apples. Medium bodied with some acidthinning, but almost no acidburn. Feels a bit chewy/oily - the stones? Good carbonation. Quite nice kriek - but i do miss the cider vector a bit.
