All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di curcuma e di speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, zafferano, curcuma e arancia amara.

Clear orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, 4VG, vegetables, weird and unpleasant, oxidized, some orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: oxidized, orange peel, a bit sweet, orange juicy, more oxidation notes, little bitter, malty touch. Aftertaste: slightly spicy, watery, oxidized, a little bitter, malty, grains, bitter orange peel.

Bottled 330ml. -from Firenze Birra, Italy. Hazy golden coloured, huge white head, lively carbonation, curcuma and oranges in the nose. Notes of citrus and curcuma with touch of vegetables and subdued basil. Heavy carbonation. Interesting and uniqu for sure but carbonation...whooouuu
