Can. 7.2% Syrah version. Deep red, no head. Dry, oaky, moderate sourness creeps up a bit. Lots of slightly tannic red berry-like grapes. Highly reminiscent of the drier end of Australian Sparkling Shiraz - which I like but is deeply unfashionable. Refreshing.

Can @ Cafe Albert Tasting. Pours slighty hazy red with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, light oak, tart red fruit, red berries. Flavor is sour, malt, oak, red berries, tart fruit. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, tart fruity acidic finish. 300722
