0,75l bottle at home. Bottled March 2023. Brown murky color, small white head. smells citric, grapes, lightly acidic, lactic. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, lactic, earthy, light stone fruits, grape notes, tannins. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of citric, wine notes and lactic notes. Rather acidic, rather clean sourness. Lots and lots of sediment in the bottle, the bottom was super murky. Overall nice, still drinkable.

Small white rim over pink-purplish hazy beer (end of bottle layer of solid yeast). Seen that there are hops in here, the clear glass bottle constitutes an abomination. Red fruit, apples, horseblanket, farmyard odours, sulphur, putteke , putty. Seriously sour, with peach, appel, red fruit and -berries. Not very grapey, however. The overall balance is quite good. Tart, lipsmacking acidity. Acidburn and -thinning. Not much carbonation, if any. The lambic hails from...? Hof ten Dormaal?? Likeable, but there is better stuff of this ilk around.

Bottle directly from DUST. Color: Hazy pinkish red, fast disappearing light pink head. Aroma: Funky, vinuous. Taste:Rural funk, vinuous, red grapes, citrus, lime, hay, wood, tannins. Very light bitterness. Over moderate tart. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry-ish fruity finish. Nice.
