A fruited sour with a cold winter twist to it, a cherry fruited sour blending both sweet and sour, tart cherries mixed with deep dark chocolate cakes. Like drinking a heqvy chocolate cake with fragrant cherries on top.

We love Neon Raptor, their beers and the beautiful souls they are. Inspired by their playfullness and range of beer styles we wanted to play around with something festive and combine cherries with gooey chocolate notes. Sweet, acidic, refreshing, sticky and tart all at once.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey red with next to no head. Odd aroma of salt caramel and berries. Medium body, lowish carbonation. Tart berry flavors, while the salt caramel remains an aroma thing only. A little off note of baking yeast. Hmm... 120924

Rød klar med beige skum. Lukter vanilje, bringebær, karamellfudge kirsebær og jordbærsyltetøy. Fruktig og sur. Smaker sure bær og mandelkjerne. Middels lang.
