Ise Kadoya Farmhouse IPA strain BE-2 6% A clearer gold than the Kadoya1, nice lacing on eggshell white foam. Definitely fuller foam than the Kadoya1. The aroma on this has very mild peppery notes but it’s got more catpiss/sweet tart aroma. Medium to light bodied with a bright effervescence. More of the citra notes from the aroma plus a bit of earthy notes. Not as well balanced as the kadoya1 but nice.

Intersting! Still a bit funky. Little hint of chocolate in there but I don’t think I would have noticed if it weren’t for the description of the yeast being from cacao. Something sweet about it. Really interesting. Not so much IPA in there. But I like it a lot.
