Black as the grave and thick as oil. Powerful evening sipper. One is absolutely enough. Coplex beer with many layers. Toffee, butter, vanilla, roast, chocolate and……. Not at all as sweet as you could fear. Absolutely drinkable!

From tap at Ølfestivalen, Nærbø, 20.10.17. Ebony. Brown head. Aroma of brittle, coconut pistachi and dark chocolate. Similar taste, with pistachi icecream dominating. Alcohol is not evident.

Nice light brown creamy longlasting head. Aroma is sweet mineraly, marshmallows, minerals, dark malts, dark sugar, huge amounts of vanilla, grass, hay, cocoa, sour coffee, toffee, maple syrup. Taste is sweet mineraly, dark sugar, marshmallows, huge amounts of vanilla, dark malts, minerals, alcohol, maple syrup, grass, bark, toffee, sour coffee. Medium bitterness, kind of light and harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Overload of everything, I think I just got diabetes...

Can 330ml. [ As Cervisiam S'Morbidly Obese ].Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, toffee, laber larver, butterscotch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, vanilla, toffee, chocolate, dark malt, laber larver. Did not like the toffee - butterscotch side off it !! Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170929] 5-4-7-4-12

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Black pour win a tiny tan head. Sweet and light roasted malty with high levels of decadent chocolate, some caramel, smooth mouthfeel, sweet vanilla marshmallows into the dark malty close.
