Bottle shared at a craft beer junction. Thanks to Marcin . A dark brown black coloured pour with with a sticky tan head. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, grape, melon, brown sugars. Sticky brown sugars, woody, brown sugars, bruised grape.

CBJ Tasting. Bottle thanks to Marcin. Porter Baltykci. Almost clear amber beer, very small pale cream colour head. Airy dark malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Caramel and toffee. Ripe fruits. A little spice on the close.

BBT 01/2024. Dark brown color with beige head. Alcoholic aroma with light roasty notes, chocolate, coffee. Taste is the sam. Surprisingly light bodied for this alcohol.

Bottle @ BBT 01/2024 F: no real. C: black, almost opaque. A: rich malty, dark dried fruits, chocolate, bit vinous. T: full malty base, toast, chocolate, berries touch, decent bitterness, woody, vanilla, almost no carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

W szkle ciemno brunatny, klarowny, piana próbowała się budować ale znikła bardzo szybko jak w coca-coli. W nosie waniliowo-miodowy, toffi, melanoidy, w smaku ciemne suszone owoce ( daktyl jak nic), gorzka czekolada, rumowe akcenty aniżeli bourbonowe ( być może przez utlenienie), delikatna kwasowość na finiszu, mało ciała, za głęboko odefementowany jak dla mnie, pomimo że alkohol wyczuwalny (w sumie dość przyjemnie) pije się łatwo, lekko. Największy minus dla mnie to mało ciała.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with late awakening, small, creamy, fading, beige head. Slightly chocolately and roasty, dark malty and caramel malty, BA supported aroma, notes of caramel, dark caramel, treacle, Bourbon, whiffs of leather, herbal liqueur, plum; a biscuity touch of speculoos turns out to be rather ephemeral. Taste is roasty, minimally chocolately and caramel malty, spicy and alcoholic, hints of dark chocolate, dark caramel, Bourbon, lovage, herbal liqueur, some plum; warming, alcoholic finish. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying, simultaneously minimally pungent palate, fine, soft carbonation. Quite boozy, a bit unbalanced, disharmonious, neither overly rich nor deep - slightly disappointing.

Butelka 33cl (data rozlewu 02.12.2021). Czekolada i wanilia w aromacie. W smaku dochodzi nuta owocowa i kwasek na finiszu. Całość średniopełna, gładka o słodko-kwaskowym smaku okraszona nutą beczki.
