This beer is crafted in Boussu and is inspired from Asian culture and uses as ingredient rice flakes, yuzu and mandarine mixed with what makes a great beer which are malted barley, oat flakes and malted wheat.
Brassée à la Brasserie Deseveaux, la Pijiu est une Pale Ale élaborée avec du Yuzu (un citron japonais), des mandarines, du riz et différents malts.

33cl bottle from FreshMed supermarket Etterbeek, Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, milky hazy. A: a lot of orange, tangerine, citrus, bit lactic, rice, spicy touch. T: medium to full malty base, orange, tangerine, spicy, rice, bone dry on the palate, medium carbonation, good bitterness, good balanced beer, enjoyed.
