At a tasting, thanks, small quickly disapearing bubbly head, hazy and quite pale yellow color, aroma of funk, horse sweat and some apples, flavor of apples and vanila with lots of horse sweat, light sourness and bitterness, mellow sweetness. Very nice and enjoyable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pale yellow. Apple, citrus, funk, minerals, sweetish-sourish, light bitterish note. Decent.

Bottle at Naplavka Cider festival. Rather sweet, moderate sweetness. Med-low complexity of apples, enough to make it sessionable though. Pretty good.

Bottled. Yellow colour, not that much head. Aroma is crisp apple juice and some green apple skins, mild vanilla and wooden notes to it as well. Flavour is similar, but the apples give it a real fresh punch. Also has some slight fudgelike creamy sweetness to it. Lovely dry, and really refreshing. Would fit as a dessert just by itself.

500ml bottle drunk in the park on a sunny Spring day. Immediately starts sucking the cheeks with lots of overripe, bittersweet apples blended together. Such a great cider, definitely one of Dunkertons’ best.
