From the coop, Haute-Nendaz. Opening this bottle yesterday, for the birthday of my wife, sunny afternoon witha solid tripel, sweet but it is subtle, yeasty, fruity, apricot, sugar, malt, smooth, clove, boozy, a pleasure without any stress. 08.02.2023, drinking it at home, in family.

Shared with Dan and Grumbo. Aroma is of grape, orange, apples and it earthiness. Taste is of sweet toffee apple. Very nice indeed.

33cl bottle from Coop Supermarché Vich in Switzerland. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, toast, honey, mellow fruity, spicy. T: medium to full malty base, mellow fruity, spicy, honey, herbal bitterness, toast, medium carbonation, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Bottle thanks to Grumbo: Poured an unclear golden orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity, esters, malty, alcohol. Taste fruity, eatery, caramel, malty backbone, alcohol heat.

19/6/2021. Bottle shared with Dan & ITFCfan at the Euro's beer share. From Asbjorn. Pours hazy dark gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of toffee, toffee apple, candy cane, grape, flowers, yeast, light herb. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness, hint of tart. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Very nice.

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Pale yellow body with a thin white head. Aroma of sugar syrup, anis, almond and a bit of orange zest. Taste of almond, sugar syrup, orange zest and some spicy hops. Good one.
